The coffees originate from defined high-altitude areas with ideal climatic conditions. Cool nights, consistent rainfall, and mineral-rich soils provide the foundation for slow maturation and pronounced aromatic complexity. <\/p>\n

However, it's not just the location that's crucial, but also the collaboration: ARONA is regularly on site, accompanying cultivation, harvesting, and processing, and working closely with the responsible teams. Transparency and structure replace short-term trading logic here. <\/p>\n

The focus is on clearly defined varieties such as SL28, SL34, Ruiru 11 and Batian, which are grown, processed and sensorially evaluated separately. This results in green coffees with stable profiles, high aromatic clarity and industrial reproducibility. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

In addition to sensory evaluation, physical and quality-relevant parameters are controlled on a batch-by-batch basis, including moisture content, bean size, density, and defect levels. Depending on the batch, the coffees are available according to Rainforest Alliance, Fairtrade International, and Starbucks Qualified standards.
